10 Simple Exercises to Strengthen and Tone Your Arms

I am a very goal-oriented person. I set a goal to become a Registered Dietitian, got it. I set a goal to finish my Master's and I done did it. Now I'm moving on to my next goal: Become a Certified Personal Trainer! I want to do that but not until I have the right credentials to do so. 

 

What I can do now is just share what I do for exercises and since I personally want to work on my upper body physique I thought I would share 10 simple exercises to strengthen and tone your arms!

 

1. Pull Ups

2. Push Ups

3. Planks

4. Overhead Dumbbell Press

5. Dumbbell Bicep Curls

6. Dumbbell Tricep Extensions

7. Cable Rope Bicep Curls

8. Cable Rope Overhead Tricep Extensions

9. Tricep Dips from Bench

10. Barbell Bicep Curls

 

Becoming a personal trainer has been something I've been working on for a while. No, really like a long time. I first set this goal at a time when I was busy with my dietetic internship. I had zero time to study for my CPT exam with all of the case studies, tests, and commuting hours while I interned full time.

 

Now that I do have the time, no more excuses! I am setting out to fulfill my other passion: fitness by becoming a Certified Personal Trainer. I love the human body, I love being active and on my feet. I also love talking about nutrition and who gets more nutrition questions than personal trainers?
