Mother’s Day comes once a year, but a lot of moms should be celebrated everyday. I was so excited to share a very easy recipe with my friends at Fox31 KDVR and the Denver viewers right from my kitchen.
To build this quark bowl, I partnered up with Wünder Quark, a company bringing this nutrient dense German staple food into our lives. Its eaten like a yogurt but its technically a cheese, for all my food science lovers out there. I think the science of fermentation is fascinating! It makes beer, bread, cheese like quark.
