Quick and Easy Snacks Ready in Less than 30 seconds
Had the pleasure of appearing live on Fox31 Denver news this morning to highlight some of Denver Fitness Dietitian's quick, easy and healthy snack ideas.

Peanut Butter Banana Rice Cakes are also an easy go to recipe and you'll need just 4 ingredients: rice cakes, nut butter, banana, and everything bagel seasoning mix.
Layer the nut butter on the rice cake and top with slices of banana. Sprinkle with the seasoning and bam! Time to chow down.
My third snack idea ready in less than 30 seconds requires 4 ingredients as well: canned tuna, 1 pre-made hard boiled egg, 1/2 diced apple, 1 tablespoon hummus. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and you're set to go with a nutritious bowl of eats!
