​By signing up for the Nutrition for the Student Athlete Nutrition Coaching package, you and your student athlete will receive 3 nutrition sessions with a Registered Dietitian: pre-season, mid-season, and post-season, education on nutrition habits and easy meal ideas for breakfasts, lunches, snacks, dinners, and sweet treats.
